As many of our items are made to order, most orders will ship out in 7-10 business days. If you ever need an item by a certain date, please contact us, ahead of time and we will see what we can do for you. PLEASE contact us BEFORE purchasing.

We generally ship via USPS or UPS. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note: Due to the value, our handbags require a signature upon delivery, for all U.S. packages.

Yes, we ship worldwide!!  If you are located in China, Germany, Italy or Spain please order through our Etsy at www.witchwoodbags.etsy.com

All VAT/customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes! We can customize most of the products we carry, such as handbags, wallets, hats, scarves, berets, etc. We LOVE custom orders! Please contact us via our custom order page to send us over your requests. Please keep in mind custom orders can take up to 4-6 weeks, depending on where we are in our production cycle and how advanced the request is. We reserve the right to refuse any copyright/trademarked phrases or characters or anything we deem unfit for our brand. Contact us for more information.

We hope that everyone is absolutely in love with their Witchwood purchase, however, there are times when things just don't work out, and we understand, which is why we always offer returns for STORE CREDIT, so that you can order something else you will love. (Hats/Berets & Earrings can not be returned for hygienic reasons) All we ask is that we are contacted before returning, for a return authorization.
Please keep in mind, the original shipping cost will not be returned, only the item price. Also, we must be contacted about a return within 2 days (48 hrs) of the item being delivered, and the item must be in the mail shipped backed with tracking, within 3 days of delivery. The item must come back to us unused, and in the same condition that it was sent out in, or we will not issue a STORE CREDIT. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we are a small business.


Cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of the order being placed and are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover lost fees. 

Gift Cards are non-refundable.





PLEASE NOTE: Sale items (or items purchased with a coupon code), as well as any custom order cannot be returned. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Witchwood purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.


We are not responsible for and can not be held liable for packages after they are marked delivered by USPS.Any item returned to us, without our return authorization, for any reason (not paying customs fees, not picking up at post office, refused packages etc) will be relisted in our shop after 24 hours, and your payment forfeited. If you would like your item resent please contact us before the 24 hours and we will send you an invoice for shipping. We do not refund unauthorized returns/refused packages. You can ask for them to be reshipped again, but will need to pay for shipping again.

Store your Witchwood Bag in a safe place out of direct sunlight when it’s not in use.Vegan leather: Our vegan leather is very soft and gentle, so we encourage you to be careful to prevent makeup stains or oils from your hands and food from getting on your bag. Aside from that, we encourage you to spot clean your bag with a dry or damp well wrung-out cloth for any dirt, dust, or food marks.
